Chief Executive, Dr. Rajarshi Banerjee, has pioneered quantitative liver imaging for clinical use. His medical research work in liver disease and extensive experience in running clinical trials whilst working in multidisciplinary scientific teams to develop applications for cutting edge imaging technology means he is ideally placed to lead innovation in his field.
Professor Sir Michael Brady FRS FREng FMedSci is Professor of Oncological Imaging in the Department of Oncology at the University of Oxford, having retired as Professor of Information Engineering. Apart from his research in medical imaging, he is a serial entrepreneur, having founded Mirada Solutions, Guidance, Matakina, and Mirada Medical. He was a NED of Dexela Ltd. He is Chairman of Acuitas Medical Ltd, IRISS Medical Ltd, Colwiz Ltd, and is Deputy Chairman of Oxford Instruments plc. As well as his role as Chairman, Mike leads the image analysis team.
Professor Stefan Neubauer is Head of the Division of Cardiovascular Medicine and Director of the Centre for Clinical Magnetic Resonance Research at the University of Oxford. He is a world-leading imaging scientist with 25 years’ experience in the field and a Senior Clinician in Cardiology. Recipient of the 2010 European Magnetic Resonance Award and the 2013 Society for Cardiovascular Magnetic Resonance Gold Medal, he has pioneered the development and implementation of many cutting-edge MRI techniques in Medicine.

Dr. Matthew Robson is a world-leading medical physicist. A pioneer in the development of novel MR imaging methods with 22 years of experience, he has previously worked for MR imaging companies SMIS, Picker and Marconi.
Dr. Dan Green is Perspectum’s Chief Operating Officer. He has over 15 years of experience of working in MR, in both academia and industry. Dan studied at the University of Nottingham, gaining an MSci in Physics and then a PhD in MR Physics at the Sir Peter Mansfield Magnetic Resonance Centre. He went on to spend several years developing state-of-the-art MR hardware for Varian Inc. and, most recently, Agilent Technologies where he held various positions including Senior Scientist and R&D Manager.
Dr. Jaco Jacobs is the Head of Quality and Regulatory Affairs for Perspectum Diagnostics and has 12 years of combined industry and research experience in safety critical software development. After completing a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering Sciences at the University of Stellenbosch, he then completed his master’s and doctoral degrees in Software Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Oxford. At Perspectum Diagnostics, he has set up an ISO 13485 and FDA QSR compliant Quality Management System and is responsible for submissions of technical files and design dossiers to regulatory agencies and notified bodies.

Tracey Morton is Perspectum's Chief Financial Officer and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA) as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). Tracey’s experience in the commercial world provides an understanding of customer needs and the business systems required to deliver products and services seamlessly. Dynamic leadership is provided by Tracey for Finance, IT and Procurement functions within the organisation and her financial qualifications are supplemented by a Masters degree in Business Law.
Michelle Harte is Perspectum Diagnostic’s legal counsel. She has been a corporate solicitor at Blake Lapthorn for almost 10 years and worked on our last funding round. She has contributed to several Oxford spinoffs and has followed various sized companies and their owners through their business life cycle. She trained and worked at the US law firm, Brobeck Hale and Dorr, in London, which specialises in advising technology companies.
