The Senior Image Analyst (DXA) is charged with analysis of DXA images as well as MRI images as part of Perspectum’s clinical reporting service. After a successful initial configuration phase to support Sales pipeline, Perspectum now seeks to expand its CRM capabilities to support Service Delivery and ongoing Account Management.
The CRDS Manager will be responsible for the delivery of this next phase (as well as future developments), working with an external IT vendor to ensure that the end product is fit-for-purpose. They will liaise with Service Delivery and Business Development teams during this process and be responsible for training internal users.
Once this has been delivered, they will be responsible for continuous improvement of Perspectum’s CRM, gathering requirements from relevant stakeholders and delivering subsequent implementations.
