The Role

The Customer Relations Data Solution Manager delivers a technical solution that facilitates effective communication between the diverse groups within our organisation and places customers at the forefront of our business.

After a successful initial configuration phase to support Sales pipeline, Perspectum now seeks to expand its CRM capabilities to support Service Delivery and ongoing Account Management.

The CRDS Manager will be responsible for the delivery of this next phase (as well as future developments), working with an external IT vendor to ensure that the end product is fit-for-purpose. They will liaise with Service Delivery and Business Development teams during this process and be responsible for training internal users.

Once this has been delivered, they will be responsible for continuous improvement of Perspectum’s CRM, gathering requirements from relevant stakeholders and delivering subsequent implementations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Champion the CRM solution and teach colleagues how to get the most out of it
  • Manage the data quality in the CRM
  • Devise and create intuitive dashboards
  • Provide training and end-user support in the usage of CRM product, reports and applications
  • Consult with teams on process improvements and enhancements via CRM applications & integrations Lead implementation of new CRM system functionalities across Perspectum’s various teams, ensuring data is accurate and up to date
  • Collaborate with internal or sub-contracted IT units in the designing, building and testing of the CRM, as well as integration points between CRM and other systems
  • Ensure all changes are carried out in a planned, risk-free manner

Knowledge and Skills: Required

  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with background in CRM systems
  • Demonstrated experience with customer journey mapping, process mapping and business and functional requirements documentation
  • Ability to articulate business requirements in both technical and non-technical language
  • Practical knowledge of business applications, reporting tools and processes utilising CRM
  • Ability to work independently and initiate action when appropriate
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Confident and articulate communicator
  • Experience in driving business change
  • Able to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Ability to facilitate and inspire cross functional collaboration
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers

Knowledge and Skills: Desired

  • CRM certification (Dynamics) or equivalent qualification
  • IT/Marketing/Business Degree
  • Extensive experience in CRM systems management/admin
  • MS Dynamics 365 experience, administration and development
  • Experience in Project Management
