We are looking for a technically minded, self-motivated initiative user with a strong can-do attitude to take on this high responsibility role.
Your main responsibility will be supporting our teams in configuring customer accounts on our in-house data management system. From account setup, to monitoring and managing feedback and trouble-shooting problems, you will provide an excellent service to our customers and internal colleagues.
Not only will you manage our web-based data management system, you will also work very closely with our internal project management and tracking system as well as CRM system. You will also work closely with internal teams and our external clients including Imaging Centre personnel and life sciences companies.
All we ask is that you have a strong technical background whether that be through your studies or work experience and that you can communicate effectively with internal and external parties. Your attention to detail must be second to none and you must have a positive can-do attitude.
Having a troubleshooting or help-desk background and being able to problem solve a complex range of tasks is key to this role.
