Digital Marketing Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Create and deliver Perspectum Diagnostics' digital strategy which underpins marketing campaign initiatives
  • Management of the digital function
  • Ensure a market focussed, slick website is maintained, which delivers on key strategic goals
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Ensure delivery of segment focussed multichannel digital campaigns, content and communications to achieve key strategic goals
  • Analysing trends and make data-driven decisions on content and approaches
  • Support events and other offline marketing campaigns through digital content
  • Create and maintaining social media policies and procedures
  • Manage financial budgets for online advertising
  • Support the wider Marketing function with day-to-day tasks

Skills and Experience 

Required

  • Extensive experience working in Digital Marketing
  • Experience of writing content for digital channels
  • Experience with managing an online brand reputation and a social media scheduling platform
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems
  • Experience of working with creative agencies
  • Ability to manage and read analytics platforms
  • Experience working within a fast-paced environment, working to tight deadlines

Desired

  • Degree in Marketing or equivalent
  • Qualification in digital marketing or PR
  • Experience working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Background in Software and/or Life Sciences
