1.1. These Terms explain how you may use this website (the Site). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the documents referred to in them. If you do not agree with or accept any of these Terms, you should stop using the Site immediately.

1.2. Should you select ‘’Customer Login’’ (which takes you to our services), the terms of the agreement for services entered into between us and You, or the organisation You are acting on behalf of, shall apply.

3 Using the Site

If you are going to use the Site, you should not do anything which impacts security or breaks local laws. If you do, we may prevent your access.

3.1 You will not engage in conduct that affects the security or integrity of the Site or causes or may cause harm, damage or unreasonable inconvenience to other users of the Site or us.
3.2 You are responsible for compliance with local laws which are applicable to your use of the Site.
3.3 We may prevent or suspend your access to the Site if you do not comply with any part of these Terms, any terms or policies which are referred to here or any applicable law.

12 Disputes

If You are unhappy with the Site, please get in touch and we hope we can resolve your concern. If we can’t resolve your concern, we will let you know. We hope it doesn’t happen, but in the event of a dispute, the courts in England & Wales will have jurisdiction.

12.1 We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If you are unhappy with us, please contact us as soon as possible. If you and we cannot resolve a dispute using our complaint handling procedure, we will let you know that we cannot settle the dispute with you.
12.2 The courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to these Terms and English law will apply to these Terms.
